Instead of Having a 15

I don't think I'm going to have a quinceanera (15th birthday party similar to sweet 16)...

Because my mom's not really into that kind of thing, even though I told her I wanted a nice lolita dress (but she hates lolita so that's a no go) and just a party at a small place that wouldn't cost much (I know we don't have much money, so why would I want to waste!). I'd make sure everything would cost a little bit, too and I wouldn't have a dance because it costs a lot to get someone to teach you a dance (also unnecessary, as I am an awkward duck!).
So my mom brings to me an alternative. I can go to another country, but with this alternative I must make a project showing all the places and things to do in the country. I'm stuck on going to either Germany (I am in love love love with Germans and I really want to get to know their culture better!!!) or Austria (I also love Austrians and want to get to know that culture better as well. Not to mention my one true love Mozart is from there, Sigmund Freud was from there, VIENNA!!! COME ON WHO DOES NOT WANT TO GO TO VIENNA?! i MEAN THE NAME OF THE CITY IS SO COOL! LIKE IT'S SIMPLE, BUT I MEAN IT'S EVERYTHING TO ME!)

Anyways, please excuse my ranting of a place unknown. I'm going to do a project on both places, because either would be equally interesting to go to.

My first choices were Japan or Korea, but my mom is not for that. She thinks I'm stuck in a world of manga, anime, korean drama, J-pop and K-pop, Vocaloid, lolita! Basically, she hates that ever since I started liking that culture, I've become even stranger than before. Well, I guess hate is a strong word to use in this case, but honestly she doesn't like what I like. She thinks it's uninteresting and that it's really not worth it to go to a place that only I'd enjoy. Well, it is my birthday...
